At ZBiiz, we are committed to providing home solutions that bring comfort, function, and style to your life. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures a fair, fast, and straightforward resolution.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from ZBiiz.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
  • Products must be free from any damage not caused during delivery.
  • Certain items (see Section 5) may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact our support team via email at zbiz.irish@gmail.com or call us at +353 85 712 4717.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  3. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide return instructions.

Note: Returns will not be accepted without a valid RAN.

3. Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
    ZBiiz will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For change-of-mind or other non-defective returns:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as ZBiiz is not liable for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • If your order included a promotion or discount, the refunded amount may be adjusted accordingly

Please note that banks or card issuers may take extra time to process the refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and legal reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or assembled items
  • Opened small appliances
  • Opened mattresses, pillows, or bedding
  • Final sale or clearance items marked “non-returnable”
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture
  • Gift cards

6. Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • Let us know when initiating your return
  • We’ll process the exchange once the original item is returned and inspected

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include detailed photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following the standard process.

9. Warranty Claims

Some ZBiiz products are covered under a limited manufacturer warranty.
To submit a warranty claim:

  • Email zbiz.irish@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue
  • We will coordinate the warranty process on your behalf
